Back On Track: Lower Back Reborn is a full-body primer designed to train holistically while reducing lower-back pain by building mobility, strength, and muscle. It also serves as a bridge between physical therapy, functional strength training and muscle gain. You’ll learn the fundamental anatomy of the lower back, why lower back pain can be disruptive to daily activities, and how to train properly without pain by targeting key areas of functional movement. All exercises can be tailored specific to each individual with progressions and regressions.
It’s essential to follow a structured program that strengthens the appropriate muscles, enhances nervous-system control, corrects movement imbalances, improves joint mobility, and incorporates low-impact exercises. You’ll benefit from a complete plan that supports recovery and retraining—guidance that goes beyond what a medical diagnosis, medication or standard physical therapy alone can provide.
