The 3 Fit 30 is a 30 day (1 month) program geared for 30 minutes for 3 days weekly. The goal is to present the modern sedentary lifestyle that exercise movement is not only important but can be accomplished in a shorter period. Results driven with less sacrifices made!

The Back On Track: Lower Back Reborn is a 3 month program geared for 1 hour per day (3 hours weekly x 3 days weekly). This program also has an extended option for a 6 month advanced application. The goal here is to train continually through the entire body’s kinetic chain while strengthening the posterior chain mitigating risks of lower back pain.

Back On Track: Lower Back Reborn is a full-body primer designed to train holistically while reducing lower-back pain by building mobility, strength, and muscle. It also serves as a bridge between physical therapy, functional strength training and muscle gain. You’ll learn the fundamental anatomy of the lower back, why lower back pain can be disruptive to daily activities, and how to train properly without pain by targeting key areas of functional movement. All exercises can be tailored specific to each individual with progressions and regressions.

Lower-back pain is often the result of inactivity caused by muscle weakness, stiffness, poor posture, and increased pressure on the spine from prolonged sitting or excessive load. To alleviate this discomfort, it’s essential to follow a structured program that strengthens the appropriate muscles, enhances nervous-system control, corrects movement imbalances, improves joint mobility, and incorporates low-impact exercises. You’ll benefit from a complete plan that supports recovery and retraining—guidance that goes beyond what a medical diagnosis, medication or standard physical therapy alone can provide.
